Current Opportunities:

(1) R&D Engineer (Mechanical)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of new product design’s conceptualization and development
  • Responsible for complete product development cycle from product development stage till getting final approve products/parts which also includes sourcing/ liaising with manufacturing vendors on tooling etc.
  • Interpret design features and specifications, calculate & apply geometric dimensions and tolerances in accordance with standard practices
  • Prepare three-dimensional models from engineering data, sketches, and verbal instructions
  • Utilize solid modelling software to evaluate assembly techniques, required clearances, mechanical movements, etc.
  • Prepare layouts and detail drawings from engineering data, sketches and verbal instructions
  • Familiar with R&D, prototyping processes and DFMA methodologies is a plus
  • Involve in compliance certification with various certification bodies
  • Take charge of in product, parts and processes quality control activities

Requirements:

  • A Master’s (or) Bachelor’s degree (in mechanical engineering) or higher (and/or with other relevant engineering field)
  • Good knowledge on product design & development fundamentals, and manufacturing processes
  • With relevant experience in product design, well versed in 3D CAD software (preferably with Geomagic Design or similar software)
  • Must have good practice and hands-on experiences in preparing engineering drawings, applying general tolerancing and related principles
  • Ability to prepare and maintain engineering documents and possess good technical writing skill
  • Good knowledge on technical requirements to comply with IECEx, ATEX and other relevant standards

(2) Sales Executive/ Asst./ Manager :

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out product marketing & sales to Singapore local customers as well as international customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve set objectives and thrive for better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Report to GM for monthly reports, sales forecasts, market analysis and perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant sales experience in sales related to marine, oil & gas, infrastructure projects
  • Independent decision making capability and ability to think conceptually and understand impact of decisions on overall product compliance and the business
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
  • Team player with the ability to work cross functionally and across all levels within the organization
  • Organized, and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent tasks
  • Be able to travel abroad occasionally
