QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all Quality Assurance activiites related to QMS, product, part and related processes
- Prepare and maintains QA/QC-related documents and other quality reports
- Take part in third-party audits and supplier audits
- Liaises with suppliers on calibration, scheduled service, and repairs
- Schedules and keeps track of incoming items, in-process and outgoing items, and their related inspection activities and records
- Maintains and calibrates QC tools
- Perform qaulity control related data collection and analysis
- Random check of production area and warehouse for personnel safety & hygiene, and storage conditions
- Reports to Manager weekly for QA planning and action lists
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Technology or Diploma/Higher Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and preferably with an intermediate level of computer literacy
- Proficient in dimensional measurements, tolerance check and QA/QC analytical tools
- Must be a team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills

R&D Engineer ( Embedded Firmware/ Software )
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of embedded firmware for MCU base modules and embedded system
- Participate in the design and development of new products, prototyping, and testing
- Analyze product design-related issues and implement improvements
- Assists in the transfer of newly developed products from R&D to production
- Ensure product design is compliant with various international standards (eg. SIL2 )
- Prepare and maintain product’s design-related documents and engineering documentations
- Assist in sourcing of engineering components and liaising with the purchaser, contractors, or suppliers
- Report to Manager on design/development project status
- Responsible for coordinating design issues between multiple disciplines
- Take part in product compliance certification with a relevant regulatory organization
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electronics/ Computer Science
- Required Skill(s): Firmware development in C, C++ for MCU, preferably for DSPIC, PIC, STM
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the field of R&D, and Firmware Development.
- Prefer prior experience in development of firmware development related to Audio System Design
- Candidates with higher experience will be considered for a senior position
