Configurable Lens color: alphino beacons provide easy configurable/replaceable/changeable option for lens color.

Alphino Beacon Lights are specially designed for use in harsh and arduous environments to give optical signal for various applications like status light, telephone call indicator, fire and gas alarm, PAGA, intercom, etc.
Each beacon in a unit can contain a particular type of the lighting circuit. The available choices are
a) Xenon Beacon ( 5, 10, 15, 21, 25 & 30 Joules ) (110 VAC, 230 VAC, 24 VDC or 48 VDC) (with/ without telephone initiation)
b) LED Beacon (rotating mode, steady mode, flashing mode with 30,60,90,120 fpm) (110~230 VAC or 12-48 VDC)
Alphino Xenon Beacon Lights are available with wide range of power supply voltage such as 110 VAC, 230 VAC, 24 VDC and 48 VDC. For LED Beacons, power supply voltage of 110~230VAC and 12~48VDC are available.
Alphino Beacon are available with Xenon light bulb currently and LED and Fluorescent will be available soon. Average life time of Xenon light bulb is 40,000,000 flashes.
Alphino produces Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Amber and Clear color as standard color Domes. alphino can provide special color domes upon customers request by providing RAL color code.
Yes, an optional telephone initiation circuit can be attached to each beacon in the unit. This feature is available for Xenon Beacon Model and LED Beacon Model (which will be available soon).
Tropicalization means applying conformal coating to PCB act as protection against moisture, dust, fungus, chemicals, and temperature extremes. Tropicalization of PCB for Alphino products can be done upon customer request with additional charge
User can do some basic checking and trouble shooting if Beacon is not functioning as below.

| 1 | Loose connection | Please make sure all input power connections have properly terminated to the terminal block. |
| 2 | Incorrect input power supply polarity | Please make sure input power supply polarity is not reversed especially for DC Versions. |
| 3 | Wrong input power supply voltage | Proper input voltage must be applied to the beacon according to the description on the product label. |
| 4 | Fuse failure | If the fuse is failure, replace with the same spare part from Alphino. |
| 5 | Xenon bulb | If the lamp is damaged, replace with the same spare part from Alphino. |
Alphino Acoustic Hood high noise reduction is achieved by using high quality acoustic damping materials with well design GRP perforated sheets.
Alphino Acoustic Hood can achieve mean noise reduction up to 28 dB.
Alphino produces Red, Yellow and Orange as standard body colors. alphino can provide special color upon customers request by providing RAL color code.
Yes, customers can order without perforated sheets and rock wools. Please kindly refer to the data sheets for more information.
Alphino Acoustics Hood does not require any maintenance since UV Stable and maintenance free Glass-fiber Reinforced Polyester (GRP) is used as body material.
Yes, Alphino provides three years limited warranty for all different kinds of product.
Normal delivery lead time for standard colors and parts is 6 to 8 weeks. For telephone hoods, lead time may take as long as 10-12 weeks.
